The Caen Memorial museum houses a model of a typhoon in a place of honour in the entrance hall. This is a copy of a plane shot down over Normandy.
The Arromanche museum dedicated essentially to the artificial port has a Sabre engine on show in a case.
At Noyers Bocage near the famous Villers Bocage there is the memorial of the Typhoon. On the 9th of June 1994 this Typhoon memorial was inaugurated.by M. Roland Heudier the mayor of Vilers Bocage. Among those present were M. Raymond Triboulet (Minister under Gl De Gaulle) and Gl Yves Paul Ezanno DFC and bar, and S\Ldr Denis Sweeting of the 198th Typhoon Squadron
